IPAHW Managing Director Dr. Jeff Milory was recently featured in the Athletics and the Law article “Boost overall student‐athlete success by establishing a more supportive athletics department.” Dr. Milroy is one of the creators of Coaches Assist, a training program that coaches and staff can work through to practice having supportive conversations either with one another or with student‐athletes. He also serves on a team seeking to improve the Coaches Assist program.
The program provides coaches with skills for not only interacting with their student‐athletes, but for the multiple roles they play in all aspects of life.
