An IPAHW research team, including doctoral student Lindsey Oaks, Managing Director Dr. Jeff Milroy and Dr. Benjamin Hickerson (Community Therapeutic Recreation) was recognized for their work which explores the health and wellness experiences of students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD).
Oakes, Milroy, and Hickerson published a literature review in the Journal of American College Health on the topic – the first publication of its kind in the field.
